Job Overview: We have a large task to address on 6-3-2022 and 6-4-2022 in Purchase, NY 10577, If you are interested pleas keep reading. Most of our work in in the NYC area and we are always looking to add to our roster for those willing to learn and do the tasks needed. The job itself is fairly straight forward to it is detailed step wise due to the nature of the clients. Please see the needed tasks listed below. Phase 1: 1. Take photos of office / desk you are addressing ( they may need to be referred to later ) 2. Confirm the provided device labels are for the owner of this office/desk ( as they are to be placed on the provided shipping bags) 3. Confirm the serial number of the device is the one documented on the list provided for this office/desk 4. Verify the bit locker key and document it ( if needed ) 5. Disconnect all wiring and devices. 6. Pack up all said devices and wiring in provided bags for transport. 7. Assist in packing up equipment into the transport container for safe relocation. *** take notes of anything needed, items missing, extra devices etc... *** Phase 2: Once the items are in their new intended locations 1. Confirm the identification labels on the shipping bags are the correct ones for that office/desk 2. Confirm the serial number on the device/terminal are correct verses the provided documentation. 3. Re-connect said devices as needed and as neatly as possible. 4. Power on the said device and confirm they are online and ready to be used as needed. *** take notes of anything needed, items missing, extra devices etc... *** You will also be reviewing equipment and documenting the requested data listed on the form provided. You may also be requested to tag the needed equipment with the provided labels. OTHER: If anything is missing or there are questions or issues of any kind you will need to let me know ASAP so that they can be addressed fully so the job can be completed. Dress Code: Jeans and Cargos are just fine as long as they are in good clean order ( no holes ) along with sneakers or boots etc... as long as you can work in them safely. The one main thing needed is to be in a NO LOGO Black Polo / Collared shirt so that we all look professional and look like we are together. If we have company polo's in stock you will be provided with 1 that must be worn on all shifts. If there are any questions or issues please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to address them. NOTE: You will be working with a moving company called TRS. When checking in with the Security desk in the loading dock ( located on the side of the building ) please let them know you are a tech with TRS for the computer move and survey.
