LIVE-IN SUPERINTENDENT FOR WELL-MAINTAINED APARTMENT BUILDING. Full-Time, Experienced Building Superintendent Position Available for 65 Unit Apartment Building. Responsible for maintenance, repairs and building code compliance. The Superintendent will complete work tickets, order supplies, maintain related paperwork, interact with vendors, and serve tenants' needs. Responsibilities jInclude: -Supervise part-time porter - Maintain the building and its common areas in excellent condition. - Inspect and maintain all building systems including boiler and hot water heater; - Perform work orders, which will vary, but include light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. - Perform custodial duties. - Respond to emergencies 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Must have experience as super of NYC apartment building. Email resume/list of buildings where you have worked as super. All responses will be kept confidential.
