LIVE-IN SUPERINTENDENT FOR APARTMENT BUILDING. Must have minimum of two years experience as live-in superintendent of apartment building. Weekly salary plus free apartment, health insurance, and paid vacation. - Maintain the building; - Light plumbing and electrical; - Handle all recycling/garbage; work orders; boiler; and related duties - Respond to emergencies 24 hours a day, seven (7) days per week.
