5/28/22 Lawn Maintenance Team Member Needed- ASAP (Mobile, AL) -Magnolia Custom Lawn Care Inc. We are small but growing lawn service company looking for an individual with at least 2-3 years lawn service experience to fill a full time roll as a lawn maintenance team member. Job responsibilities including but not limited to: - Perform routine lawn maintenance needs on commercial and residential properties in a professional manner. - Light landscape planting, mulch and pine straw installation, and sprinkler repair. - Able to safely operate company truck with large enclosed utility trailer. - Clean and maintain service equipment and supplies on a daily/weekly basis. - Ability to work ALONE on some days of the week, without the assistance of additional crew members. Qualifications: - Multiple years of verifiable experience in the lawn service industry - Experience operating professional lawn care equipment. Zero turn mowers, line trimmers, edgers, hedge trimmers, and backpack blowers. - Available to work varying schedule, including some Saturdays. - Must be physically able to be on your feet all day, lift upwards of 50+ pounds, and able to work in extreme heat, cold, and rain on occasion. - Ability to maintain operational power tools, small engine equipment, and materials. - Trustworthy, dependable, and able to interact with customers in a professional/respectful manner. - VALID AL DRIVERS LICENCE (must be over 25 years of age) - CLEAN DRIVING RECORD - ABILITY TO PASS DRUG SCREEN - NO SMOKING Benefits: - Full Time Employment Opportunity - Competitive Hourly Rate Based on Experience - Earned Paid Time Off - Annual performance reviews Job Type: Full Time Salary: Negotiable based on experience Education: High School or Equivalent Requirement: AL Drivers License/ Clean Record
