Licensed Plumber - Replace Sewer Line

I would like to seek a licensed plumber to replace a sewer line. The line should be replaced with 4" Sch 40 PVC pipe all the way to the main which is in the middle of a road. There is a cement porch in the front of the house that I would like to keep. The line runs 5' feet deep at least near the house and the porch is 5' wide. I would also like to keep my sidewalk clean out or maybe have a new one installed for future clogs. We need roughly 40 feet of 4" Sch 40 PVC pipe. Send in your estimates
