Description

Susie Jarrell’s Memorial will be at the Unitarian Universalist Meeting House on June 4th at 2pm. The main ceremony will be broadcast from her family’s UU church in Connecticut and shown in the main sanctuary on a TV screen. The UU Meeting House Nantucket will participate with some words from the minister and Susie’s granddaughter and well as organ music from Barbara Elder and Marsha Hempel accompanied by soloist Greta Feeney. There will be a reception at Nantucket Community Music Center at 56 Centre Street following the service. All are invited to attend. Depending on the Covid Status on Nantucket per the CDC, https://www.cdc.gov/TemplatePackage/contrib/widgets/covidcountycheck/ a. If Nantucket is in green, seating capacity is 178. Everyone must show vax/booster card and wear mask when singing and all people speaking or playing instruments or singing from the pulpit must be rapid tested 15 minutes before the event. b. If we are in yellow, same as above but seating goes to 84 and everyone is masked all the time, including performers. c. If we are in red, same as B except seating goes to 56.
