Press release from Miami-Dade County Public Schools: Thursday, May 26, 2022 More than 24,000 Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) third-grade students participated in the Spring 2022 Florida Standards Assessments (FSA) administration. In reviewing these results, one must consider the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic beginning in spring 2020. This year's cohort of third-grade students was the same group of students who were in the first grade during the 2019-20 school year, which was disrupted by the closure of schools.
