WEST HAVEN, CT - A Bridgeport resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in West Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On May 25, Fernando Deoliveira, of Bridgeport, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from Grillo's Market in West Haven and won $20,000.
