WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions: Anthony J. Pulisciano, 29, of Wallingford, was arrested April 21 on three counts of assault on a public safety officer/EMT/transit/hlth, interfering with officer/resisting and criminal attempt/disorderly conduct. He was additionally charged in other cases with five counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree larceny, two counts of criminal attempt at third-degree larceny and one count of operating motor vehicle under suspension. He was also charged with fourth-degree larceny and three counts of second-degree failure to appear. He was being held in lieu of bonds totaling $70,000 with a court date of June 3, according to state judicial records. Nicole M. Pulisciano, 37, of Wallingford, was arrested April 21 on a charge of interfering with officer/resisting. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 2. Kristin M. Cretella, 31, of Guilford, was arrested April 21 on a charge of third-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 1. Edward Rumley, 30, of Hamden, was arrested April 23 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, operating unregistered motor vehicle and operating motor vehicle under suspension. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 3. Osiel Cid, 24, of New Britain, was arrested April 25 on a charge of fourth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 6. Mikayla Spring, 20, of Wallingford, was arrested April 27 on a charge of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of June 30. Gary Haynes, 52, of Bridgeport, was arrested April 27 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 8. Cory M. Fitts, 38, of Somers, was arrested April 27 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 8. Phillip R. Newson, 56, of New Britain, was arrested April 29 on charges of third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and first-degree criminal mischief. He was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 31. Michael J. Cerrotti, 25, of Durham, was arrested April 29 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and traveling unreasonably fast. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 2. Steven A. Gimler, 52, of Wallingford, was arrested April 30 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive upon right. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 30.
