New Phone System Training - Mandatory

Jimmy Swaggart Ministries is upgrading our telephone system. This will require all of our phone operators to be trained in order to use the system. This training is for the phone system only and is required of ALL volunteers, employees and contract workers. The new phone system will be in place for the June Share-a-thon, so we need to have everyone trained before then. Each training session should take approximately 1 hour. Training will be held in the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries main administration building. Note: This training will not be for the computers or regular share-a-thon training.
