Need a Electrician / Need new Breaker Box my home

I need a new breaker panel at my house the old panel is 100 amp the new panel is to be 200 amp. The City of Mesa wants new breaker panel to be installed on outer wall of house, about 20 feet away from old panel which is under the patio roof. SRP wants new panel to have a new line. Some work has been done but may need to be reworked or may need to start all new, not sure. My house was built in 1966, if you can work with SRP and the City of Mesa, please Text me, I'm retired and disabled. please dont ask for money in advance. thank you.
