Highview Memorial Gardens, located in Fallston, MD has an immediate need for a Family Service Sales Counselor. We are seeking compassionate, energetic, service minded individuals with integrity, who are financially ambitious and enjoy helping others. This position is available on a full time or part time basis, and will require the Counselor to work on site in Fallston, MD. Responsibilities Include: Present and sell Highview products and services to new and existing customersProvide the highest level of service by effectively responding to client/customer both during and after the sales processProvide at-need clients with immediate service, providing a consoling atmosphere that enable the clients to make decisions regarding recently deceased family members.Prospect and contact potential customersResolve customer inquiries and complaintsSet follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developmentsCreate sales material to present to customersLead or participate in marketing campaignsProvide options and associated costs Coordinate site overviews with clients, including tours around the property Maintain customer records in Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM) and other associated files ​Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in sales, customer service, or other related fieldsExcellent customer service, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skillsFamiliarity with CRM platforms or other related software, strong computer skillsCompassionate and the ability to maintain composure during stressful situationsCoachable and willingness to learn, team playerDependable and available to work rotating Saturday shifts (~3hours)Must possess a valid state driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle.Ability to obtain State of MD Cemetery Oversight license within 30 days of employment (company paid)Ability to pass background check Why work at Highview?
