GREENWICH, CT — A tractor trailer crash on Route 15 in Greenwich and has caused some travel headaches for Gold Coast motorists. According to the state Department of Transportation, the tractor trailer unit wrecked on Route 15 south, between exits 28 and 27 at about 11:30 a.m. today.
