Property manager seeks experienced plaster trades to apply old style Spanish plaster finish for interior walls throughout an older Spanish residence. Looking to match original Santa Barbara or Mission style finish. Must be experienced and have or be able to access materials, tools. Need immediately. Property manager will pay all approved expenses. E-mail a brief background of your expereince and 3-pictures of work matching the style as shown. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an offer for employment. If you do not e-mail pictures of your work, we will not contact you. Rate: $30 per hour with a guarantee of 8-hours per day. (We pay for all approved expeneses).
