Bendin' with a Brew Yoga Class and Live Music at Old Sheep Dog BreweryPlease arrive by 7 PM to set up your mat and mingle before class starts. With entry you gain a 5 Oz drink ticket, which you may choose to get before or after class, as well as access to local live bands. Yoga class begins at 7:15 p.m. set to the vibes of DJ Dusty Fingerz. Class taught by Heather. Live music starting at 9 p.m.Mats available for rent or purchase. Every person in attendance gains entrance for a chance to win. About Heather Heather is a yoga instructor, amongst other things, that always intends to teach an inviting class where clear instruction is given to gaurantee the body's alignment and safety, while feeling at ease in one's body and breath.
