Designed by RSP Architects, The Beam will be the new Arizona home for the building’s general contractor, Mortenson. It is a "first-of-its-kind-in-Arizona office building utilizing exposed Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) construction" located in the heart of Tempe. Join us in an informative tour detailing the sustainable design elements in this soon-to-open office building. Space is limited.
