Start Date: Immediate Functional Area: Technical Services, Audio Legal Entity: Riverview Systems Group, Inc. Location: 1101 Cadillac Court, Milpitas, CA, 95035 Employment: Permanent, Full-Time Job Description: Audio Engineer for live events as assigned. Audio Assist for live events as assigned. Will oversee and be a part of assembling, loading, on site set up, take down and returning to shop of various Audio, Lighting, and Video equipment. Work in a warehouse environment involving prep and check-in for shows and rentals. Operate Yamaha CL5, QL5, LS9, M7CL, PM5D Consoles, Meyer M2D, UPA speakers, and support/related equipment. Design, install, operate and maintain audio systems. Other related duties as required. Qualifications: Meyer MAPP Online Pro acoustical prediction program. Shure Wireless Workbench. Smaart, SpectreFoo. or similar audio analysis program. Self-starter and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and determine priority of projects based on diverse inputs. Effective and efficient interpersonal and communication skills to interface with clients and internally via written communication, face-to-face meetings, and via telephone resulting in peer and client respect and trust. Extensive travel required. Required Experience: This job is suitable for applicants with at least 5 years of extensive and diverse Audio experience in the live event industry. Language: English
