Waters Edge Lodge is looking for a part-time Janitor! This is a Part-time position working a rotating schedule of 2 days on, then 4 days off. (It rotates, everyone works some weekends, everyone gets some weekends off.) Shift is 10:30am-7pm The basic job duties include, but are not limited to: Clean office areas, common living spaces, and outdoor areas Service, clean, and supply restrooms Gather and empty trash Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and wiping cloths Collect, clean, and distribute resident linens Dusting and general tidying Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties Qualifications for the position include: Fingerprint clearance from the FBI and DOJ (we pay for this!!)
