CHESTER, PA — The mother of a Delaware County elementary school student has been charged with corruption of minors and related crimes after authorities said her child brought THC-infused food to the school, where other students ate the foods. Cetorias Collins, 36, of Chester, is charged with corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person, and disorderly conduct. Collins' charges stem from a Wednesday incident at Chester Community Charter School. Several children were taken to a hospital after eating suspected cannabis-infused foods, but are in good condition.
