Vinegars can be easily made at home through natural fermentation. In this class, learn how to make vinegars from cider, wine, and honey — each with its own unique flavor profile. Also, learn easy techniques for flavoring vinegar including recipes for vinegar flavored with berries and vinegar flavored with chive blossoms. Participants will take home recipes and their choice of a vinegar to ferment at home and two samples of flavored vinegar.
