“Micro greens” are fast and easy to grow. They are used as bases in salads, especially during the winter, and as garnishes in soups, main dishes, side dishes and appetizers. When harvested at home just before serving, they are at the peak of nutritional value. Learn how to grow micro greens at home and reap the benefits. Participants will plant and take home to germinate a quart size container of micro greens.
