At this Sunday Dinner we will share the plans for Hope Park! Voices for Earth Justice is excited to share the results of our 9-month community engagement KIP-D Hope Park Project urban planning process. Through the Kresge Innovative Projects – Detroit funding opportunity, VEJ engaged and collaborated with community members, and leaders to create a vision for the Hope Park community using Hope House and Gardens as a focal point. The University of Detroit Mercy’s Detroit Collaborative Design Center (DCDC) incorporated the community’s ideas and needs resulting in a beautiful visual design for future implementation.
