In-person assistance with county services is available at five community partner sites in addition to three service centers. County staff members, called Navigators, assist residents with a wide range of services and programs including financial assistance services, social services, employment assistance and voter registration.
Community partner sites include Saint Paul Opportunity Center, Neighborhood House and Open Cities Health Center. Navigator assistance is available to all residents at each location regardless of where they live.
