SHOREWOOD, IL — The village of Shorewood will be having a Memorial Day event at 9 a.m. Monday in front of the Shorewood Village Hall, according to Mayor CC DeBold. The event takes place at the Veterans Memorial in the Towne Center Park. The address is 1 Town Center Boulevard. "The village of Shorewood is honored to host a Memorial Day ceremony," DeBold informed Patch. "This provides an opportunity for everyone in the community to come out and pay respects for all of those that have died while serving our country."
