Mr Bill and Son Property Management LLC is looking to hire 8 new landscapers, experience preferred but will train the right person. Pay starts at $15 per hour depending on experience. The right 2 candidates out of the 8 hired will be selected to lead a four-person crew and will receive a raise if chosen for a crew leader position. We have 6 large commercial apartment complexes that we maintain along with other residential properties and we will be adding more commercial and residential customers in the coming weeks. Tasks include mowing ( both push mowing and riding mower), weed whacking, mulching, hedge trimming, and more. Must have reliable transportation, must be willing to start at 8:00 a.m. every morning and put in a solid 8-hour work day Monday through Friday and if the job is delayed due to rain you must be willing to work Saturdays and Sundays. If you are the type of person who disappears after your first paycheck or somebody who has a substance abuse problem please pass us by. If Things work out with you this summer it almost guarantees you a position with us for fall cleanups and winter snow removal plowing positions as well as clearing sidewalks and driveways with snow blowers.
