Live in a detached mother-in-law suite in the middle of Sarasota. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Utilities, internet, laundry facilities and rent are free. Mother-in-law includes a kitchenette.
Hours:
Monday- Friday-- 7:45AM-10AM, 3PM-7PM
Saturday or Sunday-- 4-6 hours, flexible scheduling
Total weekly hours: 35-38 hours
Responsibilities:
-Cleaning up kitchen
-Meal prep
-Laundry
-Sweeping/ Mopping
-Bathrooms
-Changing Linens
-Administrative help (e.g. calling plumber when a sink breaks, etc.)
-Yard work
-Driving children to and from summer activities or school (school starts in August) using our 15 passenger van
-Managing groceries
-Miscellaneous housekeeping tasks
Requirements:
-Valid driver's license
-Background check
-Occasional drug testing
-Willingness to provide "invisible service" (While you're working, you will often be able to put headphones in and zone us out! We will be kind and respectful to you, but the adults in the house will not engage you in conversation while you are working.)
We pay weekly.
Total pay: $2,000/month
About our family: We are a family of seven who enjoys healthy foods. We run a thriving home healthcare agency in Sarasota. Our five children are respectful and range in age from 4 to 10 years old. They all attend the same local school about 25 minutes driving distance from our home and love to play outside.
