Bay View Restoration is a company that does mitigation and abatement services. We are looking for a crew chief who is hardworking and willing to learn. You will be going to damaged homes and commercial properties with appropriate PPE to remove floors, walls, pipes, insulation and perform other abatement services. We hire experienced and non-experienced workers. Training is provided. Job Requirements: -Strong customer service and communication skills -Positive attitude -Willingness to learn and grow within the industry -Be a team player -MUST be reliable and consistent -Must have valid Virginia drivers license -Clean background check -Have the ability to lift 65 lbs We offer an excellent benefits package which includes paid vacation, 401k, and health insurance.
