Sign up for our HUD-approved 8 Hour Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Course to get all the education you need about the homebuying process! This course is open to anyone looking to buy a home, and will cover topics like selecting the right insurance, establishing and maintaining good credit, what to expect during the homebuying process, the closing process, and more! Upon successful attendance at the workshop, you will be awarded the 8 hour Pre-Purchase Certificate, accepted by lenders for programs like SHIP, HOME, FHA loans, USDA loans, VA loans, and beyond. This workshop costs $50 to attend and will be held at Pensacola Habitat for Humanity's office. Breakfast and lunch are included. You can RSVP up to the day before a workshop.
