The hunt for a popcorn-eating man caught on CTA surveillance video suspected in a fatal stabbing on the Blue Line is over. Police arrested 53-year-old Travis Cook on the West Side Tuesday evening. He was charged with first degree murder and a second count of felony murder in the death of Nicholas Osthimer, 43, who was stabbed in the chest.
