Hello! We are socialboothlv, a boutique photo booth and balloon garland company looking for 1-2 balloon assistants to create balloon garlands for weddings, parties, and corporate events. If you are organized, friendly, creative, responsive, and enjoy having freedom with balloon design then this job is for you! We pay hourly with opportunities for tips, commission structure, and bonuses. Job Responsibilities - Assist in coordinating all balloon/creative deliveries, pick ups and installations - including correspondence with clients, communicating staffing needs, acquiring necessary product etc - Ensure adequate stock of balloons, balloon accessories and installation accessories in warehouse - Maintain organization of craft/workroom at all times - Ensure install and delivery calendar is up to date and accurate at all times - Source and fetch materials and products for events, photoshoots, sets - including small office errands and returns, as needed - Record 3-5 videos and photos of balloon garland for our Instagram (reels) and website - Coordinate balloon garland creatives/supplies and setups with Project Manager Job Requirements Transportation (car) 18 years or older Balloon experience Enjoy meeting new people Organizational skills Adobe Photoshop experience is a bonus Flexible availability (Preferred weekends)
