We are searching for a part-time or full-time employee to tend and care for plants, berry bushes, orchard trees, and a few animals on our new Biodynamic Farm & Ranch outside of Sedona, AZ. We are in search of someone who knows plants and fruit trees well, can monitor overall health, identify pests and problems, and provide on the ground solutions. We value your experience with soil, plants, and trees, and look forward to fitting your strengths and skills into our Farm. We are looking for someone who can work well with our team, listen to instructions, follow leadership, and is excited about their work. Our work culture is relaxed and there is some room for flexible hours. Duties include: Plant Care - Tending plants (mostly herbs and vegetables) in nursery and outdoor garden beds. Includes planting, repotting, and starting seeds. Tending young orchard of 230 fruit trees, includes weeding, and monitoring tree health. Water Management - Includes testing soil moisture, maintaining and managing a watering schedule for the orchard, nursery, and gardens. Animal Care - Feeding and caring for 20+ chickens, includes feeding, watering, and cleaning coop. Please reply with contact information, a resumé, and at least one reference
