Part-time landscaper for HOA needed

Our small but beautiful HOA is in need of a landscaper to rake, blow, sweep, prune and do general cleanup. The job average is 6 to 10 hours a week and it pays $30 an hour. The person we will hire is an independent contractor, not an employee. We have all the tools you need but we would like you to have a truck that would be used occasionally.
