Seeking handymen/contractors to perform work on pre-foreclosure and REO Work includes securing, trash removal, bi-weekly grass cuts, landscaping, janitorial, minor repairs, fencing, etc. We have a specific need for a Tall Grass / Weed lot clearing at this time. The ability to take large batches of digital photos and compress / send via mediums such as Dropbox, Google Photos, or emailed zip files is mandatory. Vendors receiving significant work volumes must possess General Liability Insurance. Applicants with existing Aspen Grove background check ABC#s will be given special consideration. An ABC# may be mandatory for some portfolios.
