We are a large, gated apartment community, looking for 2 labor/Maintenace techs. your duties would mainly consist of renovating units as they become available. Good candidates for this job must be dependable, punctual, and able to stay on task with minimal supervision. Also, you will need to be available to be on call some nights and weekends. Experience would be a huge plus, but not necessary, we are willing train the right person. the ideal person would be someone who knows how to paint, do drywall patches, light plumbing and electrical knowledge, can read a tape measure and operate basic hand and power tools. Wages start at $14-$15 an hour depending on experience. You will have to pass a background check so please no felons.
