You can join our team and earn between $37,440 – 45,760 per year maintaining some of the nicest landscapes in SLO County. Earthscapes is a well-established, award winning landscape company serving the Central Coast for over 30 years. We service high end residential properties and wedding venues along the Central Coast. We are looking to fill a full-time assistant position in our landscape maintenance department. This position requires someone who has a positive attitude and is self-motivated, hardworking, honest, and dependable with good communication skills. The ideal candidate enjoys doing landscape maintenance and will maintain properties to our client’s and management’s satisfaction. Requirements: - One year landscape maintenance experience - Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record - Be able to read, write and speak English Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Knowledge of plant materials and turf and their proper maintenance, which includes mowing and edging turf, pruning trees and shrubs, deadheading flowers and cutting back perennials, trimming hedges, grooming succulents, fertilizing plants as needed on a regular basis. - Proficient use of landscape equipment and tools, including mowers, hedge trimmers, string trimmers, chain saws, blowers - Knowledge of irrigation systems and the ability to make minor repairs and installations - The ability to keep accurate records of time and work completed Compensation: - Competitive pay starting at $18 - $22/hour, depending on experience and qualifications - Paid time off and paid sick leave benefits available after 90 days of employment Please email your resume and references to: [email protected] (Please include your phone number) Earthscapes PO Box 6869 Los Osos, CA 93412 (805) 545-9600 www.earthscapeslandscapes.com
