I found a license plate on the Hwy between Prescott and Chino. Seems rather new, expires April 2023. If you can tell me the plate number (starting with an R) from your registration, then I know it is yours and I will get back to you. Guesses will be ignored. And I am not just going to hand it over to anybody who says it is theirs. I will turn it in to the DMV in the next week or so.
