A company specializing in industrial clean up and remediation is looking for an energetic and organized Department Manager for their Portland, OR location. Must be familiar with hydroblasters, liquid vacuum trucks, air movers and combo trucks jet rodding. Experience cleaning oil, gas, diesel, asphalt a must. Pulp/paper industries experience a huge plus! PAY: $110k-$120k/year Depends on Experience BENEFITS: -Medical, Dental & Vision options with low premiums -Life insurance -401(k) Profit Share Plan with annual company matching contributions -Paid holidays, paid time off -Company issued vehicle, laptop, and cell phone RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to: -Estimating projects and writing bid proposals -Scheduling multiples jobs and running crews -Supervising daily operations -Ensure staff follows policies and safety procedures -Assisting in employee recruitment, training, and termination -Planning, assigning, and directing work REQUIREMENTS include, but are not limited to: -Experience with hydroblasters (10K & 20k) -Experience with with liquid vacuum trucks (80bbl and 120bbl) -Experience with air movers, combo trucks with jet rodding and hydro x -Experience with tank cleaning oil, gas, diesel, asphalt -Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills -3+ years of previous experience in environmental/remediation/industrial cleanup MUST BE ABLE to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report For immediate consideration, please submit your current resume
