Seeking Talented Bass Player

We are an established professional, dynamic, 6-piece cover band consisting of 2 lead vocals (male and female), keyboards, 2 guitars (male singer is also a rhythm player), and a drummer. We play a variety of music from the 70's to the present and many different genres (rock, pop, dance, country, classic rock, etc.) We have gigs booked and have more on the way. We treat the band like a business but also have a blast doing this. We hearse about 2x a month but are willing to do more to get a new member set up. We are seeking a bass player who: *wants to play out about 2-3 times a month *is willing to learn the material before rehearsal *doesn't play in multiple bands (too many conflicts!) *has the ability to accept a very rare, occasional last minute gig at a really great place...like a shorepoint! *is willing to travel within the Tri-state for gigs and not just play the corner bar in their neighborhood *doesn't have drama, drug issues, or an ego If you have the ability to sing some backups and/or can sing leads, that would be a plus but not a deal breaker.
