Position available for a Maintenance Technician at an Apartment Community in Portsmouth! Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. Hours will be 8:30AM-5:00PM with required, rotating after hours/weekend on call shifts. Knowledge in electrical, plumbing and carpentry preferred. Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing work orders, painting the cleanliness of the common areas and grounds, turning over apartments in a timely manner including painting and cleaning.
