Hello I am an experienced bird caretaker I am seeking unwanted conures/parrot breed. I do not live in an apartment and I have cages available. Small rehoming fees are ok but I am seeking more on the side of birds that are plucking or the noisy bird you can’t handle anymore, the nippy bird your afraid to handle.
