Job description We are a full service event design company located in the Stockbridge area who caters to large corporate and social events. We are seeking to fill a part time role to help facilitate day-to-day event details, provide quality client service and grow with company. The event industry is forever growing and the candidate's job duties may shift and change regularly, candidate must be willing to be flexible and keep up with company growth. Candidate must be willing to work some weekends. Prior rental/product delivery experience is a PLUS! Please read job description below. Job Description: Deliver event rentals to desire destination on time. Be hands on for set up and/or break down of rentals. Able to load truck and prep for future orders. Read pick lists, and route sheets. Be proactive, and display great customer service skills when interacting with customers. Job Requirements: Be comfortable driving a box truck. (optional) Ability to lift at least 50lbs. Ability to work cross-functionally with team members and STRONG communication skills Familiar with gmail and google apps a huge MUST Organized, punctual, with strong writing/communication skills Strong customer service experience is a MUST Seeking individual with a HIGH-LEVEL of attention to detail The ability to solve problems on the fly Ability to identify problems and recommend a solution Patience when dealing with customer service issues Vehicle to get to and from office Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
