General Handyman Labor Needed for 8-10 Weeks Full time

I have a project in Holland, Michigan, and need good skilled people to do the following. A. Move furniture out of a building. (You provide the muscles) B. Clean the entire building. (I will provide cleaning supplies and materials). C. Repair any damaged sheetrock. (I will provide materials, but please bring your tools if you have them.) D. Painting throughout the building. (I will provide paint and professional sprayer machines, brushes, rollers, etc.) E. Remove & replace damaged ceiling tiles throughout the facility. (I will provide the material) F. Remove old tile floor and cove base and replace with new floor tiles and cove base. Install concrete leveling coat to floors as needed. (I will provide removal tools, tiles & adhesive & concrete leveling material.) G. Removal and replacement of damaged wallpaper. (We will furnish materials) H. Deep Clean Shampoo rugs with a commercial machine. (We will provide a machine and cleaning shampoo.) I. Trim trees and shrubs, mow grass, pull out old weeds in flower beds, and possibly re-plant. (I will provide some major tools, mower, blowers, weed eaters, chain saws, & ladders.) J. Unload truck full of new furniture. Assemble new boxed furniture and move into designated areas. (Please bring screwdrivers, Phillips, drills, and any other pertinent tools to assemble furniture.) K. Demolish and remove gazebos. L. Power wash exterior concrete surfaces to remove graffiti, dirt & debris. (We will provide a pressure wash machine). M. Renovation, removal, and replacement of up to 12 shower stalls and bathrooms. N. Any other work we see fit to complete the project within the allotted time. We believe we will need about 15 or more people working 40-50 hours per week for 8-10 weeks. We need reliable personnel that we can count on. There will be full-time positions at the site, but I will provide those details when the project initiates.
