I was walking my dogs near a canal in the desert of N. Mesa last night and 2 black and white long haired kittens came out behind a bush toward us, unafraid of my big dogs. They're probably 8 weeks old and very skinny, but very friendly and loving. They kept following us, didn't want to lose us. I got them home and they're staying in my bathroom with food and water.
Unfortunately I am highly allergic to cats as are half my family so we can't keep them. Hoping someone will want to adopt them. They're very bonded with each other, it would be nice if they could stay together.
