Person Needed for Fence Installation

Looking for someone to install a vinyl fence around my property. I received a quote from a renowned hardware store, but it's a bit more than I am willing to spend - here is some information that came along with the quote: "Installation of (55 lnft) of new 4' high White Vinyl fencing along inside of property lines between neighbors. Matching 4' wide walk gate with self closing hinges, two way latch and handle. Hard digs at home included." I will also attach a photo of the property.
