Description

The Route Auditor is responsible for riding with an assigned driver on designated commercial, residential and/or site service routes to gather data, including but not limited to travel times, disposal volumes, service times, and the accuracy of the route sheet in an effort to reduce cost, improve revenue, and reduce safety hazards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently, make decisions, prioritize work, and resolve problems Must be able to read a map or ability in utilizing map applications Ability to perform assigned projects independently Ability to attain proficiency using routing software Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite – i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Ability to work well in on a team Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi task Ability to follow instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram format Completion of some college courses Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License Record of safe driving for the last five years as shown on current MVR, with no serious accidents or traffic violations *Texas Disposal Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
