Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Mowing, Edging, String line trimming, Blowing, Weed control, Litter removal, Tree and Shrub trimming, Raking, Planting, Trenching, Mulching, and Fertilizing. Depending on the nature of the contract, these duties may vary daily. This job requires outdoor work with temperature extremes from over 110 degrees in the summer to below freezing in the winter. Pollens, dust, and fumes from chemicals, glues, automobiles, and power equipment can be present. We expect Employees to: Report on-time to your Crew Leader at a designated location, daily Conform to dress and safety policies Follow instructions from your Crew Leader Complete assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, and professional manner, consistent with established best practices and time standards, Complete reporting functions of the job daily, Complete job training in Best Practices or other techniques as directed by your Crew Leader or Supervisor, Lawn Maintenance Crew Member Experience a Plus but not required. A Valid Driver’s License also a Plus but not a requirement.
