Missing my dear buddy mowgli — he was last seen in the Biltmore side of Kenilworth. He is all black with a small white patch on his chest. He will likely have goopy eyes and hot spots on his skin. He is 14 years old. He is not wearing a collar currently due to his allergies but is micro chipped
