We are looking for a physically fit/strong, responsible, and courteous individual to move residential furniture by loading items into and out of moving trucks. Movers are responsible for ensuring that items are undamaged and placed in the correct position in the new location. To be successful as a mover you must have stamina to perform manual duties that often require strength. You will also need to be able to take direction well from the Move Foreman to correctly pack or load each truck. Mover Responsibilities: *Wrap furniture in protective material prior to loading. *Load, pack, and unload customers' items with care. *Ensure that no items are damaged while moving and that you have followed company policy and procedure during packing and unloading. *Place furniture in the approved positions at the new location by using Foreman Outline when unloading. *Complete Inventory Log of items and ensure that no items are lost during transportation. *Handle all items with care and provide 5-star customer service. Mover Requirements: **Physically fit. **Punctual and professional. **A high school qualification or equivalent would be preferable. **For drivers, a valid North Carolina driver's license with a clean MVR is required.
