This Automotive Assemblers / Entry Level Mechanics position is based out of Flat Rock, MI. Automotive Assemblers / Entry Level Mechanics will be working in the sub-assembly area, putting together automotive components. This is a great starter spot for someone with a great attitude, tools, and the drive to be a mechanic. Candidates must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts for up to 6-7 days per week. AM Day shift available. Candidates meeting the requirements below are strongly encouraged to apply. Shift Times: • 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (Monday - Saturday, plus Overtime as needed) • Must be available to work 6-7 days/week • Must be comfortable working inside and outside Pay: • $19.00/hr. Retirees and veterans are welcome Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must have basic mechanical ability • 6 months of Assembly or hands on type experience • Strong attention to detail • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds • Able to work & stand for 12 hours/day • Able to work the hours requirement • Dependable person, with dependable transportation • Must be flexible, able to do different things (light general labor) Tools Required: • Trim Tool • 7, 8, 10 mm 1/4 or 3/8 sockets • 1/4 or 3/8 3 inch extensions • Battery powered Impact/Ratchet, screw gun, 3/8 impact • Clothing to work outside Performance Driven Workforce is an Equal Opportunity Employer Easy Application Process!
