Title: Sanitation Technician/Dish Washer Reports to: Shift Supervisors / Operation Manager Job Description: • Maintains a clean and safe sanitation area. • Properly wash, rinse, and sanitized all equipment/machinery. • Sorts equipment/machinery correctly. Keep area free of clutter and organized. • Sets up and put together equipment machinery correctly. • Maintain clean / dry floors throughout the shift. • The use of safety signs when needed. • Properly store containers, utensils for proper drying. • Change water sanitizer to all stations and master sink every two hours, or more often if required and properly prepare the sanitizer solution. • Maintains the organization of storage shelves. • Assists in any other duties requested by the shift supervisors and or operation managers. Skills • Ability to follow instructions. • Planning and multi-tasking • Self-motivated with a high energy level • Verbal communication • Flexible and proactive to be able to perform assigned tasks effectively. • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
